Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.

Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

• The fee you pay encompasses not just the performance time but also includes the provision of necessary equipment at the venue and all the preparatory work done behind the scenes to ensure your event is a success.
• Additionally, we provide the option for overtime services, if needed, to extend the duration of the event. Overtime is charged at a rate of $100 per hour. Overtime pay will be needed immediately following the finish of DJ services at the event. 
• In case of a cancellation, it is important to inform at least 2 weeks prior to the event date. Should you cancel within this period, the deposit will be fully refunded. 
• The client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the equipment of the DJ, by any guests.The client ensures that the facility will provide adequate electricity to the DJ.  If there are any music ordnance fees/tickets, the client is obligated to pay the ticketed amount.
• The DJ shall arrive at the venue 2 hours early before the starting of the event to set up and conduct a sound check.  The DJ shall include guest’s requests into the playlist whenever possible.  The DJ shall play music non-stop unless stopped by the client.
• Contract will be sent over to the client to ensure a physical signature
